Lathitha is a Nguni name and it means “sunrise or sunshine”. Based on this profound meaning, we aim to become a major player in the South African outdoor industry and bring delight to our clients, suppliers, partners and society at large. 

LATHITHA MEDIA was established in 2012 as a brand activations company before streamlining its services to focus on out-of-home (OOH) advertising. This emerging black-owned outdoor media company specialises in digital and static billboards. Our inventory comprises of existing and forthcoming billboards in strategic locations in Gauteng. These billboards are used by clients to expose their brands to a diverse target audience. The core team has over 20 years combined experienced in marketing, branding and sales. Our objective is to provide clients with advertising platforms in prominent locations in support of their brand campaigns.

Chuma Diniso

Founder and Chief Executive

Chuma has approximately 15 years of vast experience in marketing, sales, promotions and academia. In this period, he held various positions ranging from marketing and promotions co-ordinator, business development representative to sales manager in prominent companies such as Lifestyle Communications, Grandslots, Brandhouse Beverages, KWV, SAB and the Times Media Group.

This experience is complemented by the following academic qualifications: National Diploma (Marketing), BTech (Marketing), Bcom (Hons) (Management), BA (Hons) (Brand Management and Leadership) MCom (Business Management) and PhD (Marketing).



Sandi Msimang

Managing Director

Sandi Msimang has over 10 year experience in sales and marketing and have worked in a number of companies such as ABSA, SAB , Afr’Euro Cuisine , Kunene Health Care and Soweto Gold.

Sandi is a BCom and Post Graduate graduate in Marketing Management.
